Standard Warranty

  • 24/7 phone access to Support Center for reporting issues (issues may also be reported via email support@xkl.com).
  • Remote technical support between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm weekdays, Pacific Time (excludes major US holidays).
  • Replacement or repair of defective hardware.
  • Access to software firmware upgrades (as released).

Expanded Warranty

In addition to the standard warranty coverage for years one through five, the expanded warranty can be offered at a fee and includes the following additional coverages;

  • Remote technical support between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm weekdays, Pacific Time (excludes major US holidays).
  • Replacement or repair of defective hardware.
  • Access to software firmware upgrades (as released).

Technical Support

For years six through ten, the following support is available;

  • 24/7 phone access to Support Center for reporting issues (issues may also be reported via email at support@xkl.com).
  • Remote technical support between 8am – 5pm weekdays Pacific Time (excludes major US holidays).
  • Access to software and firmware updates (as released).
  • *FRUs and repairs available for an additional fee.
 

*FRUs – Field Replaceable Units: includes power supplies, fan assemblies, and lasers.
